Dear Fellow Citizen:

Attached is the 2003 Citizens Budget for St. Joseph County Government.

We are proud to provide this information on the Internet and thank the St. Joseph County Public Library for their continued valuable assistance in this endeavor.

The St. Joseph County Government, administered by the Board of Commissioners and legislated by the County Council, is on the right track to be able to continue to serve this fine community.

The attached pages are self explanatory and serve to give you all the information pertaining to the 2003 budget.

As new information becomes available, it will be presented in this citizens report format.
