Like many other public service agencies, the St. Joseph County Public Library is experiencing a revenue shortfall due to the Indiana Circuit Breaker Property Tax Laws. The budget deficit is impacting all of our library services, including the Readmobile program.
For this reason, we will not be able to provide regularly-scheduled visits to schools this year.
On a very limited basis, we may still be available for some special events. If you are planning an event (Field Day, Family Fun Night, or Literacy Night, for example), please contact Pat Gable, Manager of Literacy & Outreach Services. We ask that you provide at least four weeks notice.

Please contact our office if you are having trouble downloading the form. Readmobile services are limited to residents within SJCPL’s taxing district. Services may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. The Readmobile is part of SJCPL's Literacy & Outreach Services.
