You are merely three clicks away from uncloaking the much-coveted “Life in Michiana” Photography Exhibit entry form. Search for and find the row of five rectangular clickable buttons on our SJCPL website – libraryforlife.org.  Click the button that says “Life in Michiana” Photography Exhibit.  This will make the button bigger.  Click on the bigger button and you will see 14 Annual “Life in Michiana” Entry Form. (It should say 14th but don’t tell anybody).  Now you are ready to commence downloading.

OR You can also click this highly convenient link to download and print the entry form.

You may download as many as you please.  Remember that each photograph entered in the “Life in Michiana” Photography Exhibit must be accompanied by an entry form.  An individual human being may enter as many as three photographs.  (Non-humans have no such limitations).

OR  Stop by any of our ten SJCPL branches and pick up hard copies.  (The same rule about non-humans still applies).

I am married with two daughters and one grandchild. After teaching in the inner city of South Bend, IN for many years, I now work at the St. Joseph County Public Library. I started keeping track of the books I read when I was sixteen years old, and now have read over 1700 books with a page count of more than 500,000.
