Phase II Documents & Progress:

• Phase II of the Library's Long Range Capital Improvements Plan covering 2006 through 2009 is well under development. To see at what stage that development is, go to our Phase II web site.
• State Approval To Issue General Obligation Bonds To Finance Phase II of SJCPL's Long Range Capital Improvement Plan, 2005- 2007: On Friday, November 16, 2007, the Library received the final approved budget order authorizing the sale of the Library's bonds in the amount not to exceed $15,330,000 for our branch library improvement project! Many, many thanks to all who worked so hard for such a long time. Over the next two years the Library will work to turn these plans into reality with new and revitalized branch library facilities.
